License Agreement:

1. RecipeBuilder are licensed only for use with a computer. The programs may not be used in any other way.

2. Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or disassembling any version of Recipe Builder is not permitted under this agreement.

3. You may not sell, license, or otherwise transfer the data in Recipe Builder to any third party.

4. Recipe Builder and its associated materials come with restricted rights, as described in subparagraph (c)(1)(ii) of the Rights in Technical Data and Computer Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1) and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software-Restricted Rights at 48 CFR 52.227-19.

5. This license agreement is effective upon your agreement or upon your installing or running the program and will continue until terminated. You may terminate this license at any time by removing the software from all computers you have it installed on.

6. THE PROGRAM IS LICENSED "AS IS," AND CHERISH CARDS DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES FOR MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

7. In no event shall Cherish Cards be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages or lost profits.

8. This license agreement shall be construed and governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Kentucky.

9. If any action is brought by either party to this agreement against the other party concerning the subject matter hereof, the prevailing party shall be entitled to recover, in addition to any other relief granted, reasonable attorney fees and expenses of litigation.

10. Should any term of this agreement be declared void or unenforceable by any court of competent jurisdiction, such declaration shall have no effect on the remaining terms hereof.

11. The failure of either party to enforce any rights granted hereunder or to take action against the other party in the event of any breach hereunder shall not be deemed a waiver by that party as to subsequent enforcement of rights or subsequent actions in the event of future breaches.

Don't like.

Downloaded to an XP sp2 machine. The interface is impossible to decifer, so you start clicking around. The moment you do, it crashes.
It does not follow any standards at all for interface design.
Looks like it was built as a school project by a 12 year old.

better then most

I find that this program once understood will go along way in allowing you to run wild with making your own recipes without having to worry about everything that goes in to a recipe, the work is done for you, I would recommend this program to my friends.

I could not get it to load!

I tried several times to get this to load to Windows XP and each time I got run time errors. I tried it on several systems on our network and one independent system, still nothing. I spent a long while trying to determine the cause. The program downloads to my system, the files are all there, but when the .exe is initiated, it stops and I start getting errors. I'm sorry but I had to remove the software from our computers.
